n ROMFORD’S winless run continues, but they at least had the consolation of scoring the goal of the game.
Billy Hayes hit a glorious 70-yard pass that found Christian Adu Gyamfi, and his low shot from just inside the box flew past Callum Robinson.
The only problem for Boro was that Felixstowe were already two goals to the good.
The visitors went ahead after five minutes through Ollie Canfer, who scored from close range after a ball over the top had undone the Romford defence. Armani Schaar made it two after 29 minutes, tapping into an open goal.
