■CORINTHIAN secured their first home win of the season following a pulsating first half against play off candidates VCD Athletic.
Corinthian started the game on the well, however it was the visitors who had the best chance to open the scoring when Kadar was fouled in the box, but Colmer expertly saved Adesite’s spot kick.
