They made a great start, Anas Igozouln driving a shot beyond Endurance Johnson after five minutes.
Four minutes later, Jamie Splatt beat Mark Scott to level matters.
Harvey Harry put in Khalid Simmo and he finished with a shot offthe underside of the crossbar to restore Ascot’s lead before half-time.
