Thatcham Town bring in Matt Benham

Following their promotion from Step 4 last season, Thatcham Town  have continued preparations for the upcoming Southern League West campaign by signing Matt Benham from Paulton Rovers.

Speaking to Thatcham’s official club website, the new signing expressed his excitement at the prospect of playing at The Viridor Stadium this season.
“I’m very pleased to have signed for Thatcham Town. I am hoping for a injury free season and to help the clubs and my ambitions for the year.” said Benham.
He continued, “I’ve spoken to Robbo over the last few seasons but with things not quite working out due to various reasons.
“With the club now in the Southern League I’m looking forward to getting the season started and pushing on.”
