North Ferriby United meeting adjourned

United's appeal against the 's decision to reject a relocation to Dunswell Park has been adjourned.
League chiefs revealed last month that an application from the Villagers' controversial owners Carl and Terry Chadwick to relocate and also change the club's name to FC had been turned down.
But due mainly to an administrative error of The FA at the hearing on Monday, it was decided the case be put back in order to give all parties sufficient time to properly present their case.
A club statement explained: “The club say that the hearing was due to start at 12.30, but due to the over-running of a previous case, the start was delayed to 2.30.
“The Tribunal Chairman then stated that the hearing would have to be adjourned due to an administrative error on the part of the FA for which they take responsibility.
“NFU [North Ferriby United], the and other interested parties all made their submissions but it appears that not all of those were provided to the Tribunal members.
“This was realised at the last minute so the tribunal was left with no option other than to adjourn the hearing in order to allow them time to read and consider all the material prior to taking the oral evidence.
“Unfortunate as it is, this was the only option available to the tribunal on Monday.”
No new date has yet been set for the hearing to re-convene.
