WARRINGTON Town threw away a lead to draw for the fifth time in six games as they were held at home to Atherton Collieries.
Danny Lafferty’s header ten minutes from time provided an all too familiar ending for the Yellows.
Ben Garrity had given the hosts a first-half lead with an overhit cross that snuck in past Paddy Wharton at the far post, and Warrington enjoyed the better of most of the match.
