BRIGHOUSE TOWN earned their first win of the season thanks to a Jack Boyle double.
The midfielder’s first came in the ninth minute after a cutback found him near the penalty spot in a menacing position.
Boyle made no mistake as he slotted under Collieries goalkeeper Mike Emery.
In the 39th minute Boyle struck again. Great work in the Pontefract half saw the ball laid off to Boyle, who curled left-footed from the edge of the area into the bottom corner of the goal.
