RUNCORN LINNETS remained undefeated after they defeated Kendal Town at Parkside Road.
Kendal made a bright start and went 1-0 up after Chris Humphrey curled the ball into to the net with a left-footed strike.
The home side created further opportunities through Charlie Birch, before Runcorn equalised after Ryan Brooke scored from a rebound.
The Linnets were denied by Morgan Bacon in the second half, before Alex Downes headed the ball into the net.
Birch equalised after scoring from a cross into the area by Humphrey.
