■ THE visitors gifted Sheffield two goals in the first 10 minutes to face an uphill task.
Charlie Dixon flapped at the second of two early corners to give Cody Prior an easy chance inside two minutes. Eight minutes later Dixon was at fault again when he dropped the ball and Marc Newsham fired home.
In the 17th minute a through ball found Max Rhodes in the clear and he rounded Dixon before slotting home. Town recovered to have the better of the play, but could not find a finish before half-time.
