■ CHASETOWN started the game on the front foot but had only two lacklustre attempts at goal from Joey Butlin and Jack Langston to show for it.
Eventually the Scholars made a serious attempt at goal. The home crowd came alive a minute before the break as Langston fired into the top corner from 25 yards. Chasetown doubled their advantage 11 minutes into the second half. Yaxley were caught out at the back and Langston rounded the keeper and slotted home from a tight angle.
