■ THIS game was abandoned after only 17 minutes’ play following torrential rain which waterlogged the middle of the pitch.
The game kicked off in heavy rain, which left some areas showing surface water. Corby had more possession in the early stages, but they failed to unduly trouble the visiting defence. The visitors did create a chance, but they were denied by the ball sticking in the surface water, allowing Corby to hack clear.
