■ WARRINGTON Rylands returned to winning ways with an emphatic win over struggling Prescot Cables.
Rylands took the lead in the 20th minute when Rick Smith headed home from close range. Joe Coveney doubled the advantage in the 24th minute before new signing Akeel Francis made it 3-0 in the 33rd minute.
Prescot pulled a goal back on the stroke of half-time through Lewis Buckley.
Declan Walker’s penalty made it four but Prescot hit back through Lloyd Dean.
