■ IN FROSTY conditions, it was Loughborough who started the better of the two, despite two enforced substitutions through injury in the opening 20 minutes.
Loughborough took the lead after 25 minutes through Kevin da Silva Bastos’ powerful shot from the right.
However, the second half was all Bedworth and substitute Luke Keen scored twice. Keen was the fastest to react after after just coming on when the Loughborough keeper could only parry Liam Lockett’s rasping drive.
