■ STAMFORD came out on top of the south Lincolnshire derby thanks to a goal in the first minute.
The Daniels took an early lead after only 30 seconds as Jack Duffy raced through and saw his shot bounce over the stranded goalkeeper.
Conor Bartle was next to sting Michael Duggan’s palms with a smart shot.
Jonathan Margetts then put an effort over the bar from a Sean Wright nod down.
