MARINERS’ GOAL GLUT SEALS BIG WIN AGAIN

BOBBY Grant notched a hat-trick, Freddie Sass found a brace as play-off hopefuls Marine hit Bamber Bridge for seven at Irongate.
Grant has five goals in three appearances since returning to the Northern Premier League, and his contribution was key in stunning Brig – beaten only once in 11 previous home games this term.
He broke the deadlock after seven minutes, before assisting loanee fullback Sass to head home their second four minutes later.
