■ TEN-man Wythenshawe surrender a two-goal advantage in a tense relegation battle.
Wythenshawe came out of the blocks on the front foot, taking the game to Clitheroe, securing a convincing lead .
First, a pass back by Clitheroe’s Jack McEvilly bobbled over the foot of keeper Liam Isherwood as he was about to clear, rolling across the line, and then Darrhyl Mason, doubled the lead.
Man-of-the-match Leon Creech replied with his own double five minutes either side of the break transformed the game.
