■ CARLTON Town maintained their outside hopes of the play-offs with a comfortable win at Heaton Stannington.
Home goalkeeper Lewis Brass made a superb save from Nat Watson, but from the follow-up corner Khyle Sargent put the Millers ahead with a cheeky back heel.
Niall Davie doubled the visitors’ lead 10 minutes into the second half when he headed home from a Lewis Durow throw and Lamin Manneh sealed the win when he converted at the far post after fine work by Niall Hylton.
Carlton controlled the game and saw out the win in some comfort.
