STRUGGLING Rugby Town gave their survival hopes a big boost with an away win against fellow relegation battlers Coventry Sphinx.
Rugby took advantage of a defensive mistake in the seventh minute and Daniele Reka was left with only goalkeeper Charlie Woods to beat with a calm slotted finish to put the Valley in front.
Reka was substituted after picking up an injury in a physical challenge with Woods and Sphinx defender Jamie Draper.
