■ WALTHAM Abbey’s unbeaten run since New Year’s Day was ended by a determined Witham Town side.
The home side made a strong start and Waltham Abbey goalkeeper Bradley Robinson saved brilliantly in the fifth minute to keep the scoreline level.
Witham had the best of the first-half opportunities, but home goalkeeper Harry Fairs made a superb double save in the 26th minute.
Witham continued to impress, but the visitors took the lead through Nicholas Brown two minutes after the break. The match changed when Witham scored twice in the space...
