■ IN a gritty Yorkshire derby at Sandygate, Hallam and Emley battled to a hard-fought draw amid persistent rain.
Emley started brightly but struggled to convert chances in an uneventful first half.
Kieron Ceesay’s long-range strike was blocked after 75 minutes, while Laurence Sorhaindo’s scuffed effort was parried by Hallam keeper Hugo Warhurst soon after.
Hallam also pressed hard in the second half. A penalty awarded in the 80th minute saw Declan Lambton dive low to deny Brodie Litchfield, followed by another fingertip save six minute...
