■ Newcastle won an end-to-end encounter against Witton Albion to move out of the bottom four. The visitors opened the scoring when Joe Duckworth turned and fired into the far corner before Castle equalised when top scorer Joel Jones finished off a sweeping move after Tom Jones was denied by the visiting keeper. Albion then took control with goals from Josh Langley and Tom Hoyle, but Joel Jones reduced the arrears from the spot after Scott Johnson was brought down in the box.
