STRIKER Michael Lennon has joined Stafford Rangers on a one-month loan from Hednesford Town.

The 32-year-old scored 16 times in 31 games for the Pitmen last season but isn’t part of manager Rob Smith’s immediate first-team plans.

He will therefore spend a month with Northern Premier League Premier Division side Stafford, who lie 17th in the league after a first-day defeat at AFC Fylde.
