WEST PLAYS STAR ROLE IN THAME WIN

THAME took all three points thanks to two early strikes.
The visitors took the lead through Lynton Goss who got onto the end of a clearance from the Thame goalkeeper, lobbing over Carl Knox in the Rovers goal.
The second was scored by man-of-the-match Dan West who placed his shot excellently into the bottom corner.
The second half was a much more even affair. The Walnuts had an early chance to reduce the deficit in the 50th minute when Charlie Hayford won a penalty, but the resulting spot-kick hit the crossbar.
