IT was a tumultuous week at Walthamstow FC as Tuesday’s defeat in the FA Trophy saw joint managers Terry Spillane and John Mackie sacked only months after winning the Essex Senior League.
With no new manager in place it was an experimental side that took the field against Kidlington and who were narrowly defeated.
