■ MOSSLEY came in to this game against Runcorn Linnets looking to make amends for a 4-0 drubbing in the reverse fixture.
Though Linnets arguably played the better football in the opening stages, it was midway through the first half that the game was decided.
First, a superb ball through to Obua Mugalula saw the winger beat his man for pace before firing past Bayleigh Passant in the Linnets goal.
