HARTLEY Wintey and Harrow played out a dour draw at the Memorial Playing Fields.
Hartley had the better of the first half and after 7 minutes, Charlie Postance set up Conor Lynch who brought out a good save from Andrew McCorkell in the Borough goal.
The Row piled on the pressure but poor finishing kept the scoreboard blank.
Borough keeper Andrew McCorkell impeded Lynch after 38 minutes as he challenged for a through ball and received a straight red card.
