■ BURY rescued a point at the death against Walthamstow.
The hosts had the bulk of the possession before taking the lead when Jared Small’s header across goal was knocked into his own net by Lewis O’Malley in the 18th minute.
Stow put the ball into the net twice more in the first half but both times were ruled out for offside.
Bury came into the game more after the break but despite having a lot of the ball failed to create any clear cut chances whilst  the home side occasionally threatened to snatch a second on the break.
