■ HERTFORD ended a  run of five draws with an impressive win.
After a quiet start, the hosts took the lead when the lively Riley Carr broke quickly, evading three defenders and slotting home. The Ducks had three good chances to equalise just before half-time but James Callan saved well from Sonny French, Jack Wood and Liam Batchelor-Morgan.
