■ WALTHAMSTOW needed a win to keep their faint play-offhopes alive and they duly delivered.
Bilal Sayoud opened the scoring for the home side after 8 minutes with a clever flick, but this was quickly cancelled out when Swift’s Danny Nesbitt pounced on a goalkeeping error to equalise.
Stow regained the lead four minutes into the second half when Louie Johnson squeezed a shot home, but the visitors were level again when Finn Ruston dropped a tame cross over the line for an own goal.
