BRIGHTLINGSEA Regent claimed the points from an inform Brentwood thanks to two goals from Teddy Collis.
The visitors opened the game strongly as a cross from Marley Andrews found Collis but his shot was fired over.
But Collis soon capitalised on a loose pass and managed to convert from inside the box.
