■ AN equaliser deep into injury-time grabbed a point for Waltham Abbey at home to Gorleston.
Waltham opened the scoring after seven minutes when Amrit Bansal-McNulty cut in from the left to fire in.
Gorleston’s equaliser came in strange circumstances. Waltham keeper Bradley Robinson played the ball out but went down holding his leg. His team mates didn’t notice, made a couple of passes then played the ball back towards their stricken keeper, allowing Jake Reed to nip in to score.
