BARTON started brightly in yesterday’s league clash against Aylesbury, with chances falling at both ends in an open first half.
Debutant Nathan Frater made an immediate impact, heading home in the 35th minute to put Rovers ahead.
However, the lead was short-lived as Aylesbury responded with a well-placed strike from outside the box, leveling the game before the break.
