■ MALVERN Town took control of their game against Helston Athletic with a three-goal salvo in eight minutes. Josh Bishop made a couple of good saves for the Hillsiders before Malvern began to get a toe-hold in the game.
Ten minutes before half-time, Jack Watts headed home at the far post. Two minutes later, Lewis Spurrier scored on the rebound after Harry Clark’s shot had been parried by Kyle Moore.
Watts turned provider in the 43rd minute, his cross being met by by Charlie Johnson’s head.
