BURGESS Hill Town joint-boss Gary Mansell says young gun Damien Theodore is an “example to his peers” after landing a big move into the EFL with League Two side Gillingham.
The 18-year-old joined the Isthmian South East side as an Under 15 under Mansell and has progressed through the club’s talent pathway into the senior ranks.
