■ KIDSGROVE slipped back into the bottom four with a narrow defeat.
The Grove controlled the opening 15 and should have broken the deadlock when Aaron Bott and Kingsley Adu-Gyamfi linked before the latter whipped a shot just the wrong side of goal.
