GOALS from Kieran Jones and Jamie Reynolds saw the Dockers climb to sixth in the table in their hunt for promotion.
Kieran Jones got Tilbury off to the perfect start when he reacted first to get on the end of Dan Trendall’s driven ball across the box.
The hosts were then shown a red card as manager Marc Harrison was sent off for delaying the restart of play.
