■ BOOTLE heaped more misery on basement club City of Liverpool with a comfortable derby-day win.
Kenzie O’Neil took a shot outside the box which hit the post but bounced back onto the head of Conor Robson and ended up in the back of the net in the 19th minute.
Sean Williams netted from a 25-yard free-kick to put the hosts two up before half time.
