SOUTHALL came from behind to beat Raynes Park by the odd goal.
Both teams put in a great effort and Vale went in at the interval one goal to the good following a penalty converted by former Southall player Omarr Lawson after 28 minutes.
The home side came out for the second half full of effort and pushed forward at every opportunity to come back into the game.
After a couple of close misses, they equalised after 51 minutes when Anthony O’Connor smashed home a spectacular shot giving the keeper no chance.
