■ MELKSHAM’S play-off hopes lie in tatters after Ewan Lynch’s late strike enabled Didcot to complete a league double.
Didcot started strongly and a swift counter by Dan Warre sent Lynch clear and a superbly calm finish opened the scoring.
The Railwaymen then endured a calamitous ten minutes, with Henry Sady equalising from the spot and captain Adam Learoyd then being sent off for a last-man foul.
Town could not capitalise and shortly before half time Nathan Davis was shown a second yellow card for obstruction.
