FIRST-half goals from Amir Berchil and Donae Lawrence kept Emley AFC in the play-off places as they defeated Pontefract Collieries.
Berchil broke the deadlock with 28 minutes on the clock as the magnificent number 11 struck home after fluffing his lines first time around. That was his 17th goal of the season.
Lawrence doubled the scoreline just ten minutes later when the hosts broke forward, and it was sprayed over to him on the left.
He cut in on his right foot and curled a sensational finish into the top corner of the goal. ...
