■ LEVERSTOCK Green grabbed a vital three points in their battle to avoid the drop with a Friday night win at ten-man Hertford.
The hosts started the better but the game turned decisively midway through the first half when their player-manager Ben Herd was sent off after clumsily bundling over Radu Stefanoaica just outside the box.
It took only a few minutes for The Green to make their man advantage count when Rawn Seale drove inside the box from the left-wing to score.
