FLACKWELL Heath warmed up for Wednesday night’s home play-off semi-final against Barton Rovers with a narrow win at Stotfold.
The Eagles took the game to the Heathens, trying to give manager Scott Donnelly the best possible send off and Callum Kane and Remell Stirling nearly gave Stotfold the lead, but the latter was narrowly wide.
A dangerous cross nearly gave Flackwell a scoring chance, Ash Kersey on defensive duties, headed the ball clear.
