■ THREE goals in the final half hour secured the points for Witham at the Simarco Stadium.
After a flat first half with little quality from either side, a goalless draw looked the likely outcome as both teams struggled to create attacking openings.
The hosts shaded possession before the break, but Witham came alive after it, using both flanks to good effect.
Ernest Okoh broke the deadlock in the 65th minute with a neat finish, and Ben Allen doubled the lead seven minutes later.
