■ OUT-OF-FORM Met faced the daunting prospect of taking on high-flying Westfield and it was not long before Met keeper Liam Beach was called into action.
Then, as the Met steadied themselves, they fell behind when a careless tackle produced a penalty. It was duly despatched by Manolis Gogonas.
The Met equalised through Tobi Ogundega as the ball rebounded off him into the net.
But within a minute Westfield were ahead again when Tom Dryer held off two defenders to finish from close range.
