NINE-man Shaftesbury paid for their indiscipline when they conceded a stoppage-time equaliser at Mousehole.
Both teams did their best to cope with pretty difficult conditions at Parc Truncle.
In the first-half injury time, the Rockies were awarded a penalty, which Santos took as he buried it beyond Ollie Chenoweth.
As well as his penalty, Santos was booked in the ninth minute and again 12 minutes after the resumption, which meant the Rockies went down to 10 men.
