Michael Ademiluyi crossed for Hassan Ibrahiym to turn and shoot from close range into the top corner to set the hosts on their way.
Another good opportunity for Theo Osinfolarin procuced a fine double save from Will Heater, but on the stroke of half time Sheppey punished the sloppy finishing again - with Ademiluyi crossing Jacob Lambert to finish.
