Craig Rouse hailed Cleethorpes Town’s ‘phenomenal’ season after the Lincolnshire seaside club’s first ever promotion to the top flight of the Northern Premier League.
The Owls will rub shoulders with the big guns of Step 3 after sealing the NPL East title with a 3-0 win at Carlton Town last weekend – and with three rounds of matches remaining.
