Yate Town’s lead at the top of the Southern League Division One South table is down to just one point following a draw with playoff hopefuls Bemerton Heath Harlequins.
Title rivals Evesham United were winning 1-0 away against Tavistock to reduce the gap to the league leaders with five games left.
King Baidoo opened the scoring midway through the second half for Town as they were on course for victory.
But Bemerton hit back late on through Frankie Monk to break the Bluebells’ hearts.
