BARNSTAPLE Town have appointed Ben Potter and Richard Washburn as joint managers of the Western Premier side, with striker Tornado Bello as their assistant.
Last season, Potter was joint manager of Bude Town, while Washburn was in charge at Millbrook.
They have replaced Ben Watson, who parted company with Barum following their playoff final defeat to Falmouth Town in May.
