Bury Recall Andy Bishop From Wrexham Loan

Andy Bishop has had his loan spell with Wrexham cut short by parent club Bury.

BURY have recalled striker Andy Bishop from his loan spell with Blue Square Bet Premier club .

Bishop arrived at the Racecourse Ground in late August on a deal running until January 2, 2013. He went on to start four games for Andy Morrell’s side, scoring in a 2-2 draw with and a 3-0 win over .

However, Bury felt the need to enforce the release clause in his contract that became active after a month with the Dragons and he is now back at Gigg Lane.

His departure comes as a big blow for Andy Morrell’s side, who currently sit third in the league after picking up 23 points from their opening 12 fixtures.
